For the purpose of these Terms of Use, along with any amendments to the same, and wherever the context so requires “You”, ”Your”, “Visitor” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user of the Website. The term “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Company”,”Labtestbooking”,”Website”, “we” shall mean “Infinity Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd.” (which includes successors, representative-in-interest and permitted assigns).

“Third Party” shall mean and refer to any individual(s), company, or entity apart from the User and Labtestbooking.

These Terms of Use, Privacy policy, together with any additional Service specific terms and conditions, other policies which may be applicable and/or available on our Website, “www.Labtestbooking.in”and any disclaimers which may be present on the Website/Application are jointly referred to as “Terms of Use or Agreement” and constitute the terms of your access and use of the Website/Application and the Services. Where any part of the Agreement is amended in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, the Agreement shall be enforceable in its amended form. If at any time the terms and conditions of this Agreement are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately cease all use of the Service.

1.Labtestbooking is an online lead generation portal that displays Details of Various Third-Party Diagnostic Labs in different areas with list of tests they offer with MRP and Discounts (if any) and shares the data of its visitors interested in any of the tests with the Labs to facilitate the user and the labs.

We have listed these labs (and data provided by them) on good faith, however We do not validate, endorse, or approve any information or content posted on our website related to any of these third-party labs

2.Labtestbooking is an online portal only which helps user in booking for a test in their chosen labs and does not provide any other services or diagnostic tests and we have no role in Billing, Sample collection, Tests, Reports, Consultations, Delays etc done by labs

3.Labtestbooking does not make any representations and warranties with respect to the diagnostic labs/doctors/consultants or the quality of the services that is provided by such diagnostic labs/doctors/consultants.

4.Users/customers will be responsible for choosing the labs and tests themselves

5.Labtestbooking is not and shall not be responsible for any sample collected, tests conducted, and reports generated by the labs and only provides Services to User through the Website.

6.User may not access the Services for purposes of monitoring their availability, performance or functionality, or for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes.

7.The user is hereby granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access our website and use the Services solely for user’s personal non-commercial use and in accordance with the permitted Terms of Use mentioned herein.

8.Labtestbooking will provide to the User basic support for the Services and will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services available, except for (i) planned downtime or (ii) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond Labtestbooking reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labour problems, or internet service provider failures or delays.

9.Labtestbooking will provide the Services only in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations.

10.User alone shall be liable for User’s dealings and interaction with clients or diagnostic centres and laboratories contacted or managed through the Website and Labtestbooking shall have no liability or responsibility in this regard. Labtestbooking does not guarantee or make any representation with respect to the correctness, completeness or accuracy of the information or details provided by such client, diagnostic centre or any third party through the Website.

11.The Services should not be used for emergency appointment purposes.

12.Labtestbooking may, at its sole discretion, suspend User’s ability to use or access the Website at any time while Labtestbooking investigates complaints or alleged violations of these Terms of Use, or for any other reason.

13.Labtestbooking has the right to edit profiles of diagnostic centres to make them more suitable for Package searches on the Website. If Users find any wrong information on the Website in relation to such User, they can correct it themselves or contact Labtestbooking at [email protected] immediately for such corrections. Labtestbooking shall have no liability or responsibility in this regard.

14.User shall be bound by terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any violation of the same gives the right to the company to take appropriate action against the user.

15.When a user shows interest in some test from a chosen lab on Phone, email or sms, labtestbooking contacts the lab and books a slot and provides Booking id to the user, Labtestbooking does not take any responsibility of the services provided by the lab, waiting time, billing, behaviour of staff, accuracy of reports etc

16.Labtestbooking does not provide pick and drop for user or sample collection, If user has to visit the lab he/she needs to visit directly and for home sample collection, he needs to contact the lab directly

17.User needs to show the Booking details before the billing to get the discounted price

18.Sometimes, sample collection may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, labtestbooking shall not be held responsible and user should contact the lab directly for resolution

19.Sometimes Waiting time at labs are more varies from few minutes to few hours, Labtestbooking shall not be responsible for such delays at the labs

20.As labtestbooking has no role in tests and reports, user needs to collect the reports directly from the lab and labtestbooking website shall not be responsible for any delays or discrepancies in the reports

You hereby agree to the delay/ Discrepencies that may be caused in providing the reports.You hereby give your consent to share your Diagnostic medical report with the concerned employer/business entity which is dealing with us on your behalf unless specified otherwise

21.Labtestbooking reserves the right to activate or deactivate any offers and promotions on the service provided at any time.

22.You agree that we may send you text notifications and marketing offers. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.

23.The User agrees to pay all fees, consulting fees and other fees applicable to the Labs directly to the Labs. Each User / member is solely responsible for payment of all taxes, legal compliances, statutory registrations and reporting. Labtestbooking is in no way responsible for any of the taxes except for its own income tax.

24.Labtestbooking reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment without any prior notice.

25.For any dispute Labtestbooking decision will be final
